The phone app for this platform: the whole console (live map, units, trips, reports, geofences) in a native shell — and, if you want it, the phone itself becomes a tracker that reports its position to this server.
Building this app yourself (it is plain Android source, no third-party libraries) is documented in android/README.md; the one-line build is android\build-apk.ps1 (or android/build-apk.sh), which publishes the APK into public/download/.
